Return Policy / The Slimline Guarantee
All Slimline products are backed by a 30-Day Guarantee from the original purchase date* to all of our Customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the products for a full product refund, less any shipping fees incurred (see below for more details).
- To be backed by Slimline's Return Policy all products returned must have been purchased directly from Slimline Associates through our website or by calling our order line. Purchases made from other distributors or websites are not necessarily covered by the Guarantee.
- Be sure to save all of your bottles (empty or full). Refunds are contingent on the number of bottles ordered versus the number of bottles returned. e.g. If four bottles are ordered and two are returned, then only the two bottles will be refunded.
- For Cash or Credit Card refunds a return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to it being sent back. To receive an RMA # please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-617-6321 during normal business hours.

- Unauthorized Returns, those products returned without an RMA, will be issued an in-house credit only unless they fall outside of the 30-day guarantee window.
- Products may only be returned once. Any products returned and subsequently re-purchased later are not covered by our Return Policy or Guarantee.
*The original purchase date" refers to the date the product was purchased for the very first time; it DOES NOT denote the most recent order nor is it a "rolling date."
